This summer I had some amazing clients who were considering moving to several places once we sold their Mississippi home. We got the Mississippi home under contract and they visited a few top choices, but nothing felt right.
They were discouraged and worried they wouldn't find a new home in time. They called me late one evening from Augusta, GA and said they knew it was late, but was there any chance I knew someone that might be willing to work with them the next day? They thought Augusta, GA or Aiken, SC might be the place.
After reading through reviews and backgrounds online, I called Stephanie. I needed someone amazing, who was also licensed in both states, and I knew I was asking a lot with a late evening call and needing help the very next day.
And WOW! - Amazing doesn't even begin to describe her. Stephanie put together a plan immediately and was the PERFECT real estate agent for this couple. After touring with Stephanie and exploring the area with her, they found the perfect home and went under contract immediately.
Stephanie worked closely with our shared clients and me throughout the whole process to make sure both the Mississippi home sale and the new home purchase were smooth.
