I’m new to the area so he first showed me some housing locations around and gave insight to what new is being brought around Aiken and Graniteville. Once he knew what was important to me we narrowed down the search and went from there. All in all it was a good experience and he was patient through it all, I ended up getting something way better than I initially wanted for a better price

I currently live in Massachusetts and have had to look at homes using virtual tools or face timing. The interest rate hikes really slowed down the entire process but we decided to bite the bullet and try to get something done this year. Stephanie Menard is our current agent and she met w my son who lives in aiken to do the facetime yours w us. Once we had an offer accepted Stephanie worked diligently to make sure any concerns of ours were addressed to help offset costs of some necessary repairs. She set up all inspections and worked w our bank to give them the info they needed in regards to the contract agreements.
