Stephanie Menard has a passion for helping others. Stephanie was a restaurant manager for 12 years, focused on creating a memorable guest experience. After buying her first home 6 years ago, she realized that she wanted to give that amazing experience to others with knowledge and advocacy. She brought the same sense of urgency and attention to detail into the process of selling and buying your home. She is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina to help you with your needs.

 

Her extensive background in restaurant management has led her to help with all types of real estate including residential, commercial, and luxury. Stephanie has a special designation with NAR (National Association of Realtors) for Military Relocation Professional and At Home with Diversity, which helps her to assist families relocating to Fort Eisenhower. She offers personalized virtual showings for clients who are not local, and in person for those just looking to make a move. Stephanie is also well versed in the current market conditions and can help put together a comparative market analysis for someone looking to sell their home. She is known most of all as being client-centric and focused on delivering a professional, yet creative and fun experience.  

 

Stephanie’s transition into real estate has allowed her to become more involved in the local community. The biggest of which is by becoming a volunteer for Scouting America. Her role as the Unit Secretary and New Member Coordinator of her son’s troop primarily includes nurturing the next generation of Eagle Scouts. She is also an active board member in her HOA. Her interests including cheering on the Georgia Bulldawgs and Kansas City Chiefs, while also conquering her NFL fantasy league. She enjoys travelling to music festivals and sporting events with her husband Greg. Her two dogs Sebastian “Bash” and London are never far from her side.
